1. CONSULTATION
The consultation stage involves a comprehensive consultation where we explore your style, needs, and functional requirements. We conduct a thorough site analysis where we gather essential measurements and establish a clear scope of the project. This helps us to lay a strong foundation which ensures that every decision that is made aligns with your vision.
During this meeting, we determine the estimated size of the project, which enables us to provide an accurate quotation. This also serves as the starting point for discussions around project timelines and budget expectations.
2. CONCEPT
The insights from the inception meeting guide the development of the initial design. We create detailed floor plans and direction boards, complemented by samples, to present the concept to the client during the second meeting. These visual aids help the client clearly understand how the design flows through the space, ensuring effective communication and alignment with their vision.
3. DESIGN DEVELOPMENT
Following the concept presentation, clients are given time to review and reflect on the design. Based on their feedback, we refine the design to ensure it fully aligns with their vision. We believe that no revision is too small. Once the client approves the final design, this stage is considered complete.
4. DOCUMENTATION
During this stage, our team handles all the necessary documentation, with minimal client involvement. We prepare submissions for council approval, Homeowners’ Associations (if applicable), and any other required paperwork. Additionally, we create detailed construction and technical drawings to ensure the build is executed with accuracy and precision.
5. CONSTRUCTION AND FINAL CHECKS
This stage ensures the project runs smoothly from start to finish. We manage the construction process, conducting regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues. From the initial stages to final completion and move-in, we oversee every detail, providing a seamless and stress-free experience for the client.
